ELEMENTAL is a series meant to bring us back to our core of Being. In vast landscapes, the smallest elements are still so divinely complex- the touching of land and water, the light bouncing off the ridges of a mountain or the trunk of a tree, wind slowly bringing and taking clouds. It was believed by the Incas who once conquered the land in this series, that across their empire and within each of us lie the four elements. These are Air/Mind, Earth/Body, Fire/Force, and Water/Emotion. To experience, appreciate, and be in peace with nature is to be one with these elements in stillness and in movement. My hope with these images is to bring a little bit of that peace into our daily routine, to subconsciously connect us back to our ELEMENTAL core.

The photo frames in this printed series are left with unfinished wood that can be stained, painted, or left as-is to suite different styles.
